Refund policy

All SALE items are FINAL SALE.
Our return policy is 10 days for an exchange or credit note. The item(s) must come back with the receipt and all tags attached.
Garment(s) have to be clean and clearly have not been worn.
All returns are subject to inspection.
All sales of intimates are Final Sale. (Intimates include: hosiery/socks, all items with a gusset, adhesive items and bra accessories)
Returns due to defect are dependant on examination by the Company. Item must be freshly washed before being brought into the store. Whenever possible the defective item will be replaced with the same style/size/colour.
